### Can I audit the factory or inspect parts before shipment?
Yes. You are welcome to visit or send a third-party inspector. We can also share photos and video of first articles and inspection set-ups during production.

### Which shipping terms do you offer?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP by agreement. Small parcels usually go by DHL, FedEx or UPS express; larger orders by air or sea freight, packed in export cartons or wooden crates.

### Do you work with startups and small batches?
Yes. We machine single prototypes and small batches routinely, and keep the same programs and fixtures for when you scale to production.
