CNC Machined Aluminum Pet Door Frame for Small Dogs

Frame accuracy determines whether the flap swings freely and seals evenly. We machine hinge bores in line on both sides of the opening, cut flap stops at a consistent depth, and add brush or gasket grooves where specified. Inner and outer frame halves are machined to matched hole patterns so they clamp through screens, doors or panels without misalignment. Logos can be engraved directly on the frame.

Aluminum alloy keeps frames light and rust-free; anodizing gives a hard, colored surface that hides scratches from claws, while powder coating offers a thicker layer in textured colors. Stainless steel screws are recommended for outdoor assemblies to avoid corrosion staining. For lower-cost lines, the frame can be designed for extrusion with machined end details.

Frames are inspected 100% for hinge bore alignment, opening size and finish defects, and matched halves are trial-assembled from each batch. Packaging is cartons with separators, and kitting with screws and flaps is possible.
