5-Axis Turn-Mill Aluminum Motorcycle Billet Brackets

Brackets often look simple but rarely are: angled mounting faces, counterbores and pockets that remove weight all need to line up with the motorcycle's existing hardware. Using 5-axis machining we reach these faces without multiple fixtures, and turn-mill handles round risers and spacers that also need cross holes or flats. Sharp edges are chamfered so the parts are safe to handle and anodize evenly.

6061-T6 is the default for its balance of strength, machinability and anodize quality. For brackets near the exhaust or carrying high loads, 304 stainless steel is heavier but tolerates heat and impact better. Sandblasting before anodizing gives a uniform matte look that hides handling marks, while a brushed or polished surface under clear anodize gives a brighter finish. Laser engraving adds logos or part numbers.

Bolt patterns and bore diameters are verified on the first article and then checked on every part. Thread gauges confirm tapped holes, and cosmetic surfaces are inspected under consistent lighting before packing. Common uses include handlebar risers, phone and GPS mounts, fender eliminators, footpeg relocation plates and engine guards for street, adventure and custom motorcycles.
