CNC Machined Industrial Machinery Spare Parts
This service makes CNC machined spare and replacement parts for industrial machinery, such as shafts, bushings, gears, guides, brackets and housings, in aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel. Parts can be made from drawings or reverse-engineered from worn samples. It suits maintenance teams, machine rebuilders and OEMs supporting legacy equipment where original parts are discontinued or slow to source.

How we make this part
Process, material options and inspection for cnc machined industrial machinery spare parts.
When there is no drawing, we measure the sample with calipers, micrometers, height gauges and CMM, account for wear, and create a drawing for your approval. Turned parts run on CNC lathes; prismatic parts on 3-, 4- or 5-axis machining centers. Wire EDM and broaching handle keyways, splines and internal profiles. One-off parts and small repeat batches are both practical, as no tooling is needed.
Original material is matched where known; otherwise we recommend a suitable grade, such as 1045 or 4140 steel for shafts, bronze or brass for bushings, 304 stainless for wet areas, and 6061 aluminum for brackets and covers. Heat treatment, plating, black oxide or anodizing restore wear and corrosion properties. We can also suggest upgrades where the original part failed early.
Dimensions are verified against the approved drawing, and replacement parts can be test-fitted with mating samples you send. Critical dimensions are 100% inspected, and material certificates are available. Typical parts include drive shafts, gears, cam followers, guide rails, bearing housings, packaging-machine change parts and machine handles. Approved drawings are kept on file so repeat orders can be placed by part number.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you make a part from a broken or worn sample?
Yes. We measure the sample, estimate the original dimensions by allowing for wear or damage, and send you a drawing for approval. Broken parts can often be measured from the pieces. Mating parts or machine information help us confirm fits.
How do you choose material for a replacement part?
If the original material is known, we match it. If not, we choose by function: alloy steel for loaded shafts and gears, bronze or brass for bushings, stainless for wet areas, aluminum for covers. Hardness testing of the sample can guide the choice.
How do I get a quote for cnc machined industrial machinery spare parts?
Send a 3D model (STEP or IGES) and a 2D drawing with tolerances, material, finish and quantity through the quote form or by email. An engineer replies within 24 hours on business days with price, lead time and any DFM suggestions.
