Stainless Steel and Aluminum Lamp Hardware Components
These are metal hardware components for residential and commercial lamps and fixtures: ceiling canopies, threaded stems and couplers, finials, swivels, mounting brackets and cord grips. They are CNC turned and milled from stainless steel, aluminum, steel and copper. They suit lighting manufacturers and fit-out contractors that need custom lamp hardware with consistent finishes and standard lamp threads.

Manufacturing
How we make this part
Process, material options and inspection for stainless steel and aluminum lamp hardware components.
Stems and couplers are turned from tube or bar with standard lamp threads such as 1/8 IP or M10x1, so they assemble with common lamp parts. Canopies are turned or spun and finished with mounting holes and cord exits. Swivels and brackets are milled, with friction joints adjusted for smooth movement. All visible parts receive careful deburring.
Stainless 304 offers strength and a durable brushed or polished look; aluminum is lighter and can be anodized in many colors; brass and copper give a warm, traditional appearance and can be lacquered. Powder coating suits matte black or white fixtures. Electroplating adds chrome or nickel finishes. Consistent finish between parts is critical for assembled fixtures.
Threads, cord exit sizes and mounting dimensions are checked, and finishes are inspected for color and gloss consistency. Critical dimensions are inspected before packing. Typical parts include ceiling canopies, pendant stems, threaded couplers, swivel joints, finials, wall plates and mounting brackets for residential, hospitality and office lighting projects of any size.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What thread is standard for lamp parts?
In North America, 1/8 IP (about 3/8-27) is common; in Europe and Asia, M10x1 is widely used. Other sizes exist for larger fixtures. We machine threads to the standard you specify so parts fit lamp sockets and nipples from other suppliers.
Can you match finishes across lamp components?
Yes. We process related components in the same batch and compare them against approved samples to keep color and gloss consistent. Mixing materials, such as brass and steel, makes perfect matching harder, so we recommend using one material and finish system per fixture where possible.
How do I get a quote for stainless steel and aluminum lamp hardware components?
Send a 3D model (STEP or IGES) and a 2D drawing with tolerances, material, finish and quantity through the quote form or by email. An engineer replies within 24 hours on business days with price, lead time and any DFM suggestions.
